Membership is a process of moving people from curiosity to committment.
With a strategy to draw people from the community into various levels of committment, we purpose to equip all that desire to minister in the church and beyond. We believe that each member can move into ministry within the following process...
Believer Foundations & Membership
This basic introduction to our church family is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is. You’ll learn about our beliefs on salvation, our statements of purpose and why we exist, and our church’s strategy and structure. You will learn about how the five biblical purposes are necessary to fulfilling God’s calling for your life, and the 5 Circles of Committment. At the end of class, you’ll be given the opportunity to decide whether to complete the membership process by requesting membership.
Leadership In Training (LIT)
Do you want to become more like Jesus? This class will help you develop the habits you need to jump-start your spiritual growth. It will give you an overview of the three basic spiritual habits every Christian needs in order to grow: daily time with God (prayer and Bible study), giving, and fellowship
Ministry and Leadership
This is where you can discover your place in the church ministry. You will be encouraged to discover you spiritual and practical giftings and equipped to serve others.
The Master's Commission Institute (MCI)
The final stage in the process for advanced leadership at NCC is enrolling as a student and successfully completing the Master's Commission Institute.
