Our Missionaries

New Covenant is a missions minded church! We actively support missionaries at home and in foreign countries by tithing 20% of NCC tithes and offerings.

Foreign Missions

New Covenant Church believes in world missions as a primary tool in spreading the Gospel throughout the earth! We have been blessed in sending out several families and individuals as "home-grown" missionaries serving on foreign soil, fulfilling the call of God on their lives. Our Foreign Mission Board serves as liason between the Church and these missionaries.
The Foreign Missions Board purposes as well, to educate and inspire the congregation for world evangelism--thus stimulating intercessory prayer, while developing and preparing short-term and career missionary recruitment from our Body of believers.

Home Missions

The Home Missions Board at New Covenant Church serves as a catalyst in educating and inspiring the congregation towards "home" outreaches. The board also serves to encourage, support, and pray for our home missionaries, as well as prayerfully fund organized outreach ministries. While our primary focus is any local outreach endeavor of New Covenant Church, the board also sponsors specific ministries in the community that are dedicated to evangelism and outreach.

Family of Faith

Faithful Is He

Loyd and Ann Cope's vision is to minister to the whole person by ministering to hurts, wounds, bruises and problem sins. They teach individuals how to close the door on sin and train their spirit man to rule and reign. They are also actively involved in helping the body of Christ to mature through counseling, teaching, training seminars and through the powerful deliverance ministry called Life Enrichment. Our Foreign Missionaries:

Bridge Ministries, Inc., Glenn and Paige Schmittou

The focus of Bridge Ministries is to reach into areas where there are no churches, or into situations where the local church needs support and training concerning missions. Our desire is to not only bring the Word of God to those needing salvation, but also to provide spiritual support and training to indigenous people so that they can reach into their own cultures more effectively and grow as mature believers. Currently, we spiritually cover 17 churches throughout western Suriname, South America and along the border of Guyana. Many of these churches are in the interior in work camps and Indian villages. We also have approximately 25+ churches networking with Bridge Ministries in various cities throughout Colombia, South America. Our base is located in Santa Marta under the leadership of Pastor Hector Hinestroza. The newest area of ministry is to begin to take the Gospel into Asia and we look forward to the doors the Lord is opening to reach the millions of unsaved people there. We also desire to help bridge the gap from "receiving the call" to "fulfilling the call" and have designed Harvest Preparation Programs to help churches in the area of missions. Draw Near Ministries - Kelby and Linda Carter

Draw Near Ministries was founded as a ministry of helps to other missionaries. From the beginning the vision of Linda and Kelby was to come along side other missionaries in order to help them fulfill their vision. After 2 years preparing for the mission field, Linda and Kelby started their journey late in 2000. They first spent 8 months in Suriname helping Bridge Ministries with a school and a church there. Then in the fall of 2001 they went to Honduras to help Such Is the Kingdom Ministries at a girl's orphanage. In the fall of 2002 they went to Lima, Peru to scout out the land with Pioneer Ministries. After a few days they felt a strong calling to go. Jeff Ghiotto of Pioneer ministries had been wanting to start a video Bible school there for two years. They are now in Lima, Peru and have carried on Jeff's vision. The International School of Ministry (ISOM) was started in Lima in May of 2003. Plans are being made to start a second school in August.
