Meet Our Leadership

Dave Allen
– Senior Pastor
Together, Pastor Dave and Alli Allen are committed to seeing the Holy Spirit minister freely among His people including the youth and children of New Covenant Church. As Sr. Pastor, Dave is invested in seeing that the Great Commandment motivates the church to fulfill the Great Commission, as the Great Companion leads. He believes that the church must love the city of Thomasville through outreach and that this is how the church remains relevant in the Thomasville area.

Pastor Dave and Alli were married in December, 1989 and immediately started their ministry in DePere, Wisconsin as Youth leaders of Liberty Assembly of God while serving on staff under Pastor Dave’s parents. From there, they both attended and prepared for the ministry at Christ For The Nations Bible Institute in Dallas, Texas. In 1999 Dave was licensed and ordained where he and his wife served as Sr. Associate Pastor and Administrative Assistant to Dr. Jeffrey Seif of DeSoto Community Church.

In September of 2001 The Lord called Pastor Dave and Alli to minister on Cherokee tribal land at Church of the Lamb in Robbinsville, NC to the Snowbird mountain community of Southern Appalachia. During the following 9 years they coordinated various outreaches to the Cherokee Indian community and surrounding county.

In 2010 Pastor Dave and Alli answered the Lord’s call to lead New Covenant Church. With their energy, prayerful leadership and heart for people, the church is quickly growing into a dynamic resource center with a local and world impact. Pastor Dave and Alli have been married for 26 years and are blessed to have three birth children including Dj, Rebekah and Levi.

In the Spring of 2016 Pastor Dave and Alli were led by the Holy Spirit to connect with the ministry of Christian International Ministries which is led by it’s founder, Bishop Bill Hamon. Bishop Hamon ordained Pastor Dave into the 5-fold ministry as an Apostle and Pastor Alli was ordained by Bishop Bill Hamon as a Prophet.  Together, they continue to serve at NCC as part of the Sr. Leadership team.
Sr. Leadership Team:
-Eldership

New Covenant Church has a leadership team comprised of elders who serve the Body of Christ at NCC.  These servant leaders  lift up Pastor Dave’s hands so that the vision of the Holy Spirit for NCC can be accomplished.  The purpose of the Elders is to support and carry the work of Holy Spirit with the Sr. Pastor as they advance Christ’s Kingdom through this region. Pastor Dave serves as Chairman of the Board, while the elders work closely as a unified body of leaders to ensure that NCC fulfills it’s goals of Love, Mend, Train, and Send throughout this region of North Florida and South Georgia.  Our team consists of Vince Curtis, Mike Folsom, Todd Trebony and Jim Walton.

Alli Allen
– Youth Pastor / Children’s Director

Alli has been involved in youth ministry for several years. She has strong desire to see the youth of NCC discover their destiny in God and to live unashamedly and boldly for Christ. Through teaching the Word and cultivating relationships, high schoolers receive regular ministry in prayer, the Bible, worship from their own youth worship team, and lots of fellowship with each other. “Momma Alli” is excited about what the Lord has for the high schoolers of NCC and the surrounding region.
